It is important to note that an erection occurs only with sexual arousal. As for the mechanism of action of PENEGRA , it is to increase the amount of blood entering the penis, which helps a man to cause a natural erection. Sildenafil Citrate acts only when a man experiences a natural sexual arousal, and when sexual intercourse is completed, the penis naturally returns to a relaxed state. In other words, Sildenafil Citrate acts only on the natural mechanisms of erection.
Sildenafil Citrate is the first representative of a new group of drugs called phosphodiesterase inhibitors of the 5th type. The drug dilates the blood vessels of the penis during sexual arousal. As a result, the blood flow in the penis increases, which contributes to the onset of normal erection.
The active ingredient of PENEGRA is sildenafil. One tablet of the drug contains 100 mg of sildenafil (in the form of sildenafil citrate)
The PENEGRA also contains the following inactive components, such as microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogenphosphate (anhydrous), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (U171), lactose, triacetin, indigo carmine aluminum varnish (E1).
Sildenafil Citrate is intended for the treatment of men with erection disorders, also called impotence. In this condition, men do not have a normal erection, necessary for sexual intercourse.
Sildenafil Citrate acts only in response to sexual arousal. Sildenafil Citrate does not affect reproductive function.
